yes he did bid a ‘chuck you farly’ goodbye to our tent after a dis-jointed 3 and 1/2 posts. just couldn’t stand the integraty of directness of posts i ‘assume’ and i also ‘assume’ he reads our tent religiously every day and in addition i ‘assume’ he is masochistic and needs to be whipped so he posts aspersions of the tent on gef knowing full well they will find themselves back here for responce and i ‘assume’ he needs his ‘bad boy’ whoopin from time to time and i ‘assume’ he is off his meds again and needs some encourgement! now that only scratches the surface of 1/252 ‘asumptions’. wj

I dont think this story has run its course …Kudos to Hommerlberg at GoldDrivers.com his pick list last year include Aurelian (4000%) gainer thats the reason I’m using him instead of  Casey you only need to hit one explosive explorer in a year…. There’s another internet gold forum where a poll was taken today on what size rate cut the Fed will announce tomorrow.

Nearly half the respondents believe that the Fed will not cut the funds rate at all tomorrow. These are the same folks who thought the Fed was going to reduce rates last fall, and last winter, and last spring.

One assumes that these people are less than fully invested in gold and gold stocks as they await the announcement.

fancamp explorations

Anyone have any info on this one?  FNCJF….. it’s been a ten-bagger in a matter of  days….. or is my Fidelity screen screwed up?

I’ve owned Fancamp Explorations for about 7 years, originally suggested by the late Dennis Wheeler, a gold newsletter writer that focused on explorers.  I bought in around the ‘teens based on some rather spectacular titanium oxide drill results, as I remember.  The stock obviously has done nothing since, expect for the recent excitement concerning Noront Resources.

 Fancamp owns about 2500 or so acres of property adjacent to Noront, and their Chief Geologist reports that their property line lies about 200 meters from Noront’s last bonanza drill hole.  The speculation in part is that the nickle and other mineralization might extend laterally into the Fancamp property.  You might want to check out the Stockhouse bulletin boards under Fancamp Explorations, as all the information you would need has been posted there in last week or so.  (jeez talk about bad timing-I believe Probe Resources had an option on the Fancamp property in ‘06 but walked away, leaving Fancamp as a potential large player in this Mcfauld area play)

Fancamp does not have a website, but their geologist does post company updates now-found them through a google search, as well as the Stockhouse boards.  Other companies in the area benefiting from the area play are Probe, Spider Resources, UC and McDonalds, etc.  Noront Resources is the main story for now. Hope this helps-believe Grin has made out real well with his Noront Resources, and apparently some more drill results may be coming in this week?

Fancamp-a good reminder to myself to keep feeding the pups-sometimes they grow up to be big dogs.

along the bottom of the chart from November 2005 to July 2007, or even if you just use the 200-day moving average since late 2005, it doesnt look to me like its too late to buy PNP at its current price.  I am waiting for some cash to buy more, and I will buy more at or near its present level, unless it really goes wild before I get the investable cash.  Best wishes to you.  I seem to remember that although you are an engineer you do also farm.  If the latter assumption is true I hope that you have had a rewarding harvest.  My family members in SW. Sask finished their harvest very early this year.
