Gold share action:

I spent the better part of thirty minutes on the phone with Royal Gold on Friday and specifically asked for an explanation on why someone would be shorting their stock relentlessly on Friday into a $16 rise in the price of gold. There was no explanation given other than we wish we knew.

Today, RGLD announces a convertible. I don’t like being lied to so I have phoned the SEC and I want an explanation given. This whole sector is corrupt. My allegiance is now the metal and any GATA supporter. The rest of this sector is part of the problem. They are all in bed with the banks because they have no idea how to raise money otherwise.

I have no idea what the future will bring and I don’t have the answers…but, I believe in the questions and prepare for what might be. In the case of our government, the trend is NOT our friend. In gold and silver, yes, but as far as the future, I have to play the odds..double down and hope for the best or fold ‘em and rely on the political elites and their handlers to determine the path for me. Yes, there is a lot of work to do.

the main reason brazil went to ethanol was when sugar went to .02 lb., they were going broke again. i think they passed a law or restricted sugar where it couldn’t be exported at under $.10 and began making ethanol. the government here gives away billions in grants to the “in”crowd for “research” and has $.50 or $1.00 per gallon subsidy (depending on which input material). after the first “research” was done, all the reports to all the grantees were practically word for word for several years. my time frame to be in production is late spring. i sent my son two transducers (the things that vibrate to create the ultrasound) this week. he should have a prototype ready by late winter. we gonna process all the citrus pulp and bagasse in belize! we will be able to process mangos, coconuts, coconut husks, shells and trees. fascinating technology!
