unglued with the Yen? I have been noticing that 114-115 range of the Yen for quite some time now, while all other currencies are shooting up against the USD. How is it so? Who is selling Yen so rapidly to keep pace with the falling USD. Cripes the Loonie is 125 to the Yen right now….

Dont think the blame can all go to the accountants. The following article sheds some light, on some of the reasons the Financial Markets are experiencing the ‘turmoil’ they are. Written by an ‘ole timer’, I think he has some valid points in the lack of memory, that things do not always go up, even though it would appear in recent years, such as been the case. The markets have a lot of young 20-30 year olds, modern day ‘gun slingers’, that where willing to take risks….shoot for the moon. Sensibility and a more conservative approach to investing may one day return, but probably only after the ‘Great Fall’.
