to all tenters near and far. I hope Santa fills all our stockings with goodies and the cabalists get the coal. What we need is a Santa Claus like they had on Futurama. He was a robot and he punished everybody who was naughty. In a more serious note, I hope the spirit of Christmas stays with us all throughout the year. At our tent though, I think that is a given. Merry Christmas all.

Dec. 24 is the last day to claim a tax loss
Jamie Golombek, Financial Post
Published: Friday, December 21, 2007
Dec. 24, 2007 is not only the last day before Christmas to lose money at the malls, it is also the last day to take a tax loss for the 2007 tax year. It typically takes three days for a trade to settle and given the holidays, the third day would be Dec. 31.
too late now,,

i think i will go follow my bird dog for a few days while the crowds thin out. most of the snow is melted and should dry out soon. will probably have to cut some limbs off the fences of the wifes’ farm and maybe replace some posts. seems like i get stuck with the maintenance/repairs and she gets the money.<G> she does let me hunt on the place so i don’t complain too much(like it would do some good).

Stay away from the Mall between Christmas and Jan 5th - the return crowd is worse than the buying crowd and you are too valuable to lose.
