Pull up a chair, good person, this will take a while. The 2012 date originates with astrology and the Mayan Calendar, which is based on the heart of the universe, not like modern astronomy which is based only on our local solar system. The Mayan Calendar therefor establishes connection to a creative spiritual source, something astronomers, who attempted to destroy astrology, fail to understand.

Presently we are in a time of transition when darkness rises into the light of day for purposes of cleansing. Unless a boil is burst and the toxic contents released, it will fester within the host body, poisoning it. So, too, must the forces of darkness within the Earth and within each individual be purged in order to achieve wholeness. “My Father and I are One.”

Only in the light of truth by turning over the rocks to see what crawls beneath..” Thus our experience of global environmental destruction, war, Earth changes and eventually social chaos precipitated by financial collapse.

December 21, 2012 is the date Mayan astrologers assigned to a rebirth of humanity and the beginning of a new era as Earth aligns itself with the center of the galaxy and a Cosmic Cross is formed in the Heavens. This is the date of the Winter Solstice when the Sun reaches its lowest station in declination, symbolically referred to as a tomb or cave. The Sun (Son), after remaining three days at its lowest declination, begins its climb toward the pinnacle (culminating at the Summer Solstice). And so, Christians celebrate Christmas because it symbolizes a new period of increasing light, made manifest in the Heavens before humanity created religion. It will be different at this Winter Solstice (2012) as there will be a climax of the acceleration now underway and Ascension brings us to a new frontier. I believe I have previously spoken of our planet moving from 3D to 4D…this is what Ascension means.

There is a reason that I live in NE Georgia and why I intend to remain…although a vortex of energy criss-crosses the Earth in a pattern of ley lines, few are as powerful as in this area. There is no better place for a light worker to live…and die.

Questions have arisen a few times over the past weeks about this date, and 2012.

Jim McCanney at jmccanneyscience.com has a link that offers a good explanation with regard to the Mayan calendar.  I’m not an astronomer, so best that people read his explanation.  As a quick summary it has to do with the Galactic Centre [of the Milky Way] arriving [so to speak] at a particular place in the sky as we see it.  The date is significant in that it marks the beginning of a cycle and the end of the previous one.  So it is comparable to a sun risng, or a moon rising, or a planet’s rotation around a central point to mark a year.

The cycle that the Mayan calendar identified was many thousands of years long.  This raises the very interesting questions of how the Mayans knew this, and for how long this was known in what we call prehistory.

Veilikovsky published books that suggest some answers to these questions, and a web site apparantly with some of his later writings offers more.

Some things will occur coincidentally during 2011 or 2012, but may or may not otherwise be connected to this aspect of the Mayan calendar.

In short, the Galactic Centre of the Milky Way will return to a particular spot in the [night] sky in 2012.  This has meaning comparable on the scale of the arrival of the winter solstice, or the summer solstice, or any other moment based upon the movement of physical objects in the space outside the Earth.

If, on the other hand, crowds of people become worriedly excited, agitated and ascribe negative social meaning to this date we might simply be witnessing a social pathology based upon a misunderstanding or upon misinformation.

So it may be possible that 2011 will manifest some very significant social changes; and some may explain these as having a connection with these galactic events.  It may even be possible to see some electromagnetic activity in outer space being induced by alignments that develop at that time, [just as J McCanney has explained  (in his the electro/magnetic plasma theory of the nature of the solar system) can occur in our solar system and here on earth. Yes, a truckers strike would be very serious in a very short period of time. Think 2-3 days.

I have had numerous conversations with my brother, a member of the Ind. Truckers Ass. for 20 years about that possibility. He says that the Truckers Ass. is so dissorganized and weak that it will never happen. Even the truckers that wanted and were willing to strike would find it very hard to do due to finances. Most truckers live hand to mouth with no savings to finance a strike. Facing $2000 truck payments and other expences, very few can afford to miss a week’s work.

If things get really nasty with the Mexican truckers it could possibly happen, but don’t hold your breath. Most truckers will just suck it up, do what they can to support the family and go about their job as best as they can delivering loads. As the older ones retire, they will be replaced by “cheaper labor”. It’s a quiet revolution that the American Middle Class is loosing. I look to the construction industry as a model to what will transpire in the trucking industry.

The article was not mentioned so much in regards to Mexian truckers as it was in regards to a probability of a trucker’s strike.
