kolton @ 23:12 pm

Proud of you my friend, and Patriot.

Now what about I am going to say….might just land me in the local jail…but what the heck.

And I really dont mean to do this you understand. Just seems my driving skills aint what they used to be. HOnest. Sometimes I even have to back up, and do it again. But just seems this American made ole Ford Truck, has acquired a recent and strange behavior in the steering. Seems, somehow, its all confusing to me….but dang if it dont jump the curb and run over Hillary signs of late. Must have sent one of those signs sailing about a 100 feet or so when I accidently hit the gas as the rear tire passed over it.

And LOrd help me, but I missed one of those signs twice recently, and had to pull the ole shotgun off the gunrack and finish the job.

Ever seen what buckshot will do to one of those foam signs? Course, I did feel a bit guilty about it. I mean, shooting at something that cant shoot back, or even try to dodge the pellets. Dont seem sporting and all I know. Soon as this Election is over, I am going to seek professional help, some counseling even.

Best to you, and yours,…..Farmboy. (Who thinks, maybe it aint the ole Ford truck’s fault…it has been a while since I had my eyes checked)

Farmboy @2300 hours

Sounds good to me– I drive with Ron Paul 2008 stickers on my car, have two Ron Paul 2008 placards in my front yard but still feel like I don’ do enuf to support the cause… Yesterday I made a yuie and pulled over by a Ron Paul Sign Wave on a big intersection and gave a One Ounce Silver Ron Paul Coin to a sign waver that I recognized as a significant campaign worker from previous meetings locally and from email traffic. He did not understand the value of the coin and said that he would put it in the donation pot the next day. I told him that maybe it would be better if he gave it to the most hardest working campaign worker…

Good work… Keep it up. … My brain is whirling over economic / political / flints/ news … but all is well here. Gonna bring HF antenna gear to Belize this trip and try to set it up. Next time will bring xmitter along with recipocal amateur license for first goldtent DX party.

PMF, 23:03, I don’t think so.

It was more scorn that even a nine year old could work out that there was a $2.1tn bad debt, not 200bn or 400bn.  Simply accept that all AAA prime mortgages are only worth 66% of their value, as shown by the ABX-HE-AAA-07-2 series which, as I have stated, has an origination value of only $1.25bn (out of $7tn of prime mortgages) and are the riskiest mortgages (having all been written after June 2007), and you have a write off of 2.1tn.   Not even sound napkin math.

If he did mean what you suggest (and as I have stated in every post, that’s what we all expect to happen anyway) he should have put it differently, such that newcomers to the situation would understand that.  As it is, a newcomer who checks out the facts would conclude that JW was falsely using statistics to prove a point, and thus he is not to be relied upon at all.  This would be a great dis-service to JW whose articles are usually spot on with his facts.

Farmboy…

Don’t feel too bad…..I had a very long absence from voter registration…..I was on a jury panel in Los Angeles in 1989….I was the jury foreman (not sure why..maybe because I was the youngest)…and one gang member killed another gang member and got away with it (mostly because the Prosecution and all other government agencies involved made some very serious errors)…I actually voted for Ron Paul in 1988..and after the 1989 experience…decided I would take a break from from the voter registration records for awhile…..  I just recently signed back up to vote for Ron Paul….so I am with you on this one!

To All Goldbuggers, & Goldbuggerates

Just a note of thanks and appreciation to all of you. Has been a truly good week reading your words, contemtplating the thoughts. What truly, and incredible and remarkable place AuDept has wrought. I echo the often spoke words of Irish this evening….”What a Place!”, “Proud to be a part of this Group!”.

This generation, We, Us….are living through some extraordinary times. Not only time marked by this Country, but the world as a whole. The flames of the candle of freedom, are being extinguished, one by one. Not unlike the destruction of all fiat currency. And simple human rights.

For many of us, we are old enough, and wise enough, to understand, this aint the Country our forefathers, or even our own fathers inherited. IF, freedom, and wealth is to yet be preserved, a way to do so, the hands of the clock are soon to meet at the Midnight Hour. There is only one question I do not look forward to answering, either by my Maker, or even my own children.
“What did you do Farmboy? What kind of fight did you put up? What effort did I make, and was it something even worthy to be called an effort, much less a ’sacrifice’?” I have no doubt the scales of right, of justice, perhaps even being a ‘man’ will be kind. But dang, if I wont put up a fight till the very end.

At the age of 54, my son rode with me the other day down to the County Courthouse. (For those of you who have reading some of my posts….you know how well I get along with the County folks…especially the Tax Dept…lol) I aint proud to tell you all this, but for the first time I registered to vote. How ’bout that? And I can barely wait come Feb 5. This ole boy gonna pull that lever and in the smallest of ways, make my voice heard. It may not make a difference at all. But at least on the way out, as I remind the person next to me, to ‘Turn Out the Lights’, at least when my feet are warmed by clear ocean waters, my toes sunk into sunbaked sands, I think my heart and soul will find some comfort, some peace perhaps, in knowing, I did what I could. ??

Too little, too late? Well, perhaps. A last act of defiance? Maybe so. But heeding the cry, the order,”fix bayonets”, and holding ground.

Figure, if worst case happens, come November…I will vote for Hillary. (grin) Figure it this way, at least Im pretty sure, she would just get this whole fight over once and for all….eh…Comrade?

Best, and thanks again to all, Farmboy. (Who sez….I did not pick this fight…..but gonna get a lick or two in yet)

One more Ron Paul thing

I got my very large Ron Paul signs from a local hippie Ron Paul leader…I met him at his place…kind of in a bad part of town.  We rolled up these two huge signs and put them in the back of my truck…plus got some other Ron Paul stuff…….and we shot the breeze for a few minutes…  I asked him….as I was leaving…these signs are large…where is the closest Home Depot or Lowes (or whatever) that I can get some of those steel green T posts…needed a few of them to mount the signs on.  He said: Dude….are you crazy….this is a Revolution.  When you are driving out to your site….just open your eyes…there are unused fence posts everywhere. Just pull over and grab them.

Did not exactly want to do this with my 5 year old in the truck…so I kind of passed them up until  I got to the vacant site where I was putting up the signs..

Sure enough….I must have passed like 100 abandoned green fence posts on the way to my site.  I actually found enough on my property to do the job…  My 5 year old helped me find posts and put the signs up….then we did our metal detecting thing for awhile…so we made a day out of the Ron Paul sign adventure.

He now chatters about Ron Paul all the time….I tried to explain to him…well…he was running for President…he said..what is a President?  So….he had a basic understanding of our political process (well..I should say the alleged political process - too soon to get into all the specific problems!) for a few hours….  I though we covered alot of ground that day!

PM Colloidal Silver continued

I guess it was Moggy who first got me interested. We bought an 8 oz bottle of “Colloidal Silver”
(A Natural Antibiotic) from the Pet Vet. No kidding.

Well, looking at the plain brown bottle, it has No Nothing else indicated……brand, who made it, etc. So I don’t really know what the heck we got. My wife tried it on some dog skin rash or something. Said it didn’t work. But to drag out a short story……still have 2 oz left to try on other things.

My altenate ‘Liquid’ Silver investment is
finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=PURE.OB
Ranges from $5 to $7….but watch for $20+

They seem to be on the verge of some Big Business. And since they’re just down the road from our place about maybe 30 miles, I should ‘ought’ to go visit them. Get a tour, freebie sample, and ballpoint pen.

Irish/Farmboy

Irish: Thanks for the call - was at dinner with a bunch of folks - but it was great to hear from you!  Cll anytime if you have a few minutes of downtime…which I know is unlikely!

Farmboy: I drove around in my truck on a couple of Saturday nights putting up Ron Paul signs…well..actually…I did not put up any - the two guys riding in the back of the truck did.  I was the driver.  Kind of a cat and mouse game as there seemed to be folks that want them down as fast as they go up (which includes some of the local authorities!)…but it was kind of fun.

I did a carryback interest of 5% (ownership) on a parcel of land…Phoenix metro area….car count is 45,000 cars per day..on a fairly major street.  I used to own more of the property…but I cashed out and made money and carried back a portion of my interest (which I have basically written off…I have no basis in it)….  The buyers (sold it a year ago)…seem to be having trouble getting anchor tenants to “stick”…..I figured I would never see my carry back interest whe I sold it anyway…… But I thought about it…and thought hmmm…this property…is vacant. I got some Ron Paul signs and put up two very very large ones and about 10 smaller ones….so the site is plastered.  I called the 95% owners and the broker…and said hey…I am an owner…I am putting up some Ron Paul signs…do not take them down.  I actually did not want to call them…as the borrowed most of the money and the clock is ticking for them (interest cost…and no income)…and they were singing the blues….  I do not guarantee a nickel of the debt…as that was the deal…

So far..so good…they are still up..as of last week.  At least I got something out of not selling 100% of my interest….  I would have sold 100% - but they buyer was short…I was making money…so I figured I would just let it close and take my chips off the table…so I guess there is a reason I was stuck with a small interest..so I could plaster it with Ron Paul signs!

ferret @ 22:57 pm

accepted …. have rectified that error 20:54 on my part ..

and accept the logic of your understanding lol..

touche’

the very human ment … have tried that water trick … works just 50% of the time

Ferret………..Is it possible that………..

J. Willie in whatever commentary that you are refering to was simply trying to demonstrate that if the current debacle continued with loans being done on “easier terms” than in the past…….what the deliquency rate could be?  It could be that he was assuming consumers would be under increasing financial stress over time, even considering some large amount of arms that had to be re-set to higher rates including how their finances might hold up.  When one looks for forward looking answers, one might have to take the current trend into consideration.  It is also possible that he was including other factors into his estimation.  What might such factors be.   I dunno, but one might be that some large percent of mortgage holders are on fixed incomes that are losing badly to inflation.

Aguila @ 22:50 pm

Howdy partner! Like you, trying to catch up on all these posts. And waiting on number one son to return with my pick em up truck. He and some friends are making a midnight run to the UPS warehouse in the Big City to pick up truckloads of Ron Paul Signs/DVD’s/literature. Starting in the morning, plans are to start wall papering Atlanta with the message of hope, of return to the Constitution, of ‘REAL Change’. Aint going down, giving up this country to the Corporate INterests, the shadowy Beltway boys, without a fight. (Must be some left over vented up feelings about the South getting a raw deal before….grin)

Will do my best to give you a call tomorrow.

Trust all is well, Best, Farmboy. (Hug to Superwoman)

ment, my apologies for offending you by leaving your name out of the title.

No disrespect was intended.  Perhaps I was subconciously taking the lead from your 20:54.

Equisetum………..

Not sure, but since the lows in AUA closely correspond to the dates where warrant exercise dates came due, I think a lot of the volatility in the chart came from warrants outstanding.

Ike @ 19:41 pm … Colloidal Silver

??? Did sound a little like the Sunkist syndrome - i.e. trying to differentiate a commodity (an inherently non-differentiable product).

Barring this, there are certainly those who decry the use of colloidal silver on general purposes (mainstream medical community).

The Argentyn 23 just happened to be what my wife had in the house - the results were great! … but I suppose it could have been coincidence that the infection cleared up overnight.

All the best,

PM

SOEE 20:33

Roger that. Thanks.
