aahhh… yes, good point :-P
I agree with you on the housing front. I was just reading about the budget proposal on bloomberg. Unbelievable. Why does this lame duck even bother throwing up this nonsense?
Bush’s $3.1 Trillion Budget Boosts Defense, Pushes Deficit Close to Record President George W. Bush sent Congress a $3.1 trillion federal budget that trims Medicare and health care programs, boosts military spending and projects the deficit this year and next will hit near-record levels.

Hey buddy.
Taterhead is my ‘dawg’. (Might not be right English….but he is my dawg….and I can say it, spell any ole way I want….grin) Now watch the PETA folks get all over my case. lol
Best, Farmboy. Who thinks, we will never have world peace, until everyone is learnt to speak Southern. Spelling, is optional of course.
…what would one expect…You guys are a mile high all the time….
…really doesnt that lack of Oxygen cause some problems ?
I have hear tell that Taterheads are prone to such behavior! Also heard, as you suspected that they are prone to mimic their masters!! Sounds like you trained him well. If the time should come, confusion, confusion, confusion is the safest defence!!

Them boys will just wear themselves out finding rusty wrenches and screw drivers!!
any news on humanoid. last i heard, he was in the hospital and didn’t hear any more. you are letting someone else drive the heavy equipment, aren’t you? please don’t tear up the equipment, poison the water or create an environmental disaster until i get there and get set up.
rno
A friend recently tried to get a mortgage on a house for 67,000 dollars. Property appraised at 117,000. (Some good ‘buys’ going on in the Atlanta foreclosure markets these days. Bank of America said they would not loan them the money. Said, this friend already owned 5 properties other than thier ‘primary residence’, and that was the limit. Friend, paid cash for the property instead of arguing with the BoA folks any furthur.
Gonna get just a little interesting as the banks tighten up those lending standards. Gonna be a ‘double wammy’ for the real estate market I thinks. So many homes for sale….many at under market/loan value….and even those with the wherewithal, credit to take some of these homes off the market…..may not be able to get a loan. ??
Course, I heard on the ‘news’ today, that the new and improved version of the ‘Bush Budget’ would see a surplus of several billions by 2012. Guess, there is ‘hope’ yet? Watching the paper games unwind…..is going to be something else. Popcorn anyone? (grin)
Best, Farmboy, Who cant wait for the day, when some of these banksters accept several ounces for a broken promise to pay.
Your missing (G) and silverbooms own personal experiences……I think we are on to something…..
…you just made one of the most humourous evenings at the tent….even funnier…..Hehe
Tatterhead?
If he just waits another few months, our good ole politicians will probably pay off the mortgage and give him the house for all the hardship that the banks and mortgage company has caused him! Might even throw in a new car or something. ![]()
Thanks for your thoughts, suggestions, …Best, Farmboy
Is that whacked out hypothesis from Denver Dave? If so, for the record I am not that crack pot. Gold attracts all the crazy paranoid schizos — no doubt! Like gold is the galactic center of the universe and all roads lead to/from it. Dog barks, cables cut… all part of the cabal’s master plan to surpress the massive gold market.
Well, just look at that? First time I posted this there was a <g> in the title which just disappeared into one of those black hole thingies …..
