For such a young buck <g> I have developed ‘old man knees’. Lakota made quite a difference in what it feels like to do stairs. Lately though I dropped Lakota in favour of plain generic glucosamine with condroitin and that seems to work even better. It is a lot cheaper too.

Another possible miracle product is tart cherry juice. Can be bought in concentrated form and mixed with water.  Couple glasses a day makes all the difference for some folks. The worse the problem, the better it seems to work. One older lady I know had a curled up gnarly hand that she couldn’t straighten out till a few weeks on this stuff and she has full hand mobility again. I go over to Vineland and pick up a case couple times a year. Check out www.cherrylane.net
