No doubt here, Equiz. SLW is one of the most grossly oversold PM stocks trading today, imo. ABC panic selloff created a great opportunity for those not following the herd. And yes, MACD looks like it’s getting ready to cross back over to greener pastures. $28-30 target seems very reasonable to me before year’s end. JMHO, of course.

Capital one are bastages.  I bot a bunch of puts on them in spring of last year and had a blast.  I figure we’re even now for all the interest over the years and if I get a chance sometime in the near future, I plan to short them again and be up on them bastages.

They keep sending me junk mail.  At least 2 a week.  I’ve packaged all their stuff and put it in the return envelope each time.  I think I’ve done it at least 15 times YTD.  They won’t stop.  Lately, I’ve been just stuffing the envelopes with EXTRA papers and then taping the bulge shut.  Take that you pissers!  their commercials are theatre/satire on how we envision them.

I was on the phone all day still trying to track down my intrest payed for yrs ago, never sent to me and Hud1 from when I changed morg. companys due to shady deals from a third party, home advantage/ 1st American,.no advantage with home owners guessing bunch of illegals scaming Americans. I asked what was the intresest payed on HudI closing I get a quote for morgage intrested, went on like this all day. Got out yrs ago still can’t get the intrest payed for tax write offs as well as the closing,wonder what they’re trying to hide from who.  Went to Ammes temporialy and they did the same thing and now theyre no more, never sent althought they said they would now bought out by M. Lynch I think now, and of course they know nothing.This been going on for yrs. So far can’t get info. or said they would and didn’t and since even the tiltle company I found closed down alliance title and they owe me money too. I mean on the phone all day, and wondering if they pay some people for being stupid. I wonder if I would fall in that category no one holdes the original papers after what Ive been going through. I wonder if I can just stop paying my morgage and when the try to forclose Ill ask them to come up with the origanal papers, or better after what they put me through..prove it! Can someone tell me how that works, after what they have been putting me through I just may. Think this is bigger than banks just stopped lending, maybe a bunch of illegal goings on behind the sceens more than being published.

Boy, you weren’t kidding either.   Equisetum is probably too busy celebrating tonight.  Hopefully it’s the beginning of rally that finally has some legs.  I can’t believe I just broke even on my pinetree position.  I bought some MGA too which is already up a quick 23% — today’s rise.  I bought on the way down.    A long ways to go on many others.  Here are the ones that I saw that were over 5% today:

I like the chart here.  This week had a higher low and if it holds, will have a higher close than last week.  This and last week saw prices below the lower Bollinger Band; that does not happen often.  And I think that $silver has tested last October’s high which was just over $16.  In short, this appears to be what is known as a low risk entry timeframe.  It could go lower early next week, but I doubt that it will make a new low.  The lows from June 2006, August 2007 and last week can be joined by one lower support line.

Regarding those bank disclosures, yes we’ll have to see what comes about.  It sounds a little bit like add’l SOX stuff for banks.  Probably the new full employment act for corporate bank and litigation lawyers.  Fallout will last for years and years…
