From “The Mary Ellen Carter”
And you, to whom adversity has dealt the final blow
With smiling bastards lying to you everywhere you go
Turn to, and put out all your strength of arm and heart and brain
And like the Mary Ellen Carter, rise again.
Rise again, rise again - though your heart it be broken
Or life about to end.
No matter what you’ve lost, be it a home, a love, a friend,
Be like the Mary Ellen Carter, rise again.Winedoc

So… after reading Ike’s article about safe deposit boxes and the states getting their greedy little hands upon the contents, I was thinking that it had been some time since I’d seen the contents of mine…so, I went to my money center bank today to check it out. I got a little nervous when the clerk couldn’t find my paper work. She finally found it and lo and behold it had been 5 years since I last visited. Fortunately my stash of baseball cards, bug collection, and secret decoder ring were still intact. ![]()

You’re right about car rental being a good way to go for transportation from the airport, etc. I just booked a car through expedia for $64.99 total for the three days, including all taxes & fees. If anyone wants a ride anytime after 11AM let me know.
What time are you getting in AuGirl? I’m happy to hang around the airport until you get in, if you’d like a ride.
How did the Cabal know about Tottsville IV. Cretanic activity……won’t let them bust our party mood.
Got the New Tecumseth Taxi all lined up for pick up on friday…….

ECB’s Noyer-World environment very inflationary
PARIS, May 13 (Reuters) - European Central Bank Governing Council member Christian Noyer made the following comments at a conference on Tuesday:
“In short, the world environment has become very inflationary.”
“And yet, in many parts of the world, monetary policies remain somehow permissive.”
“The reason for this paradox can be found in the dilemma faced by many countries which maintain some link between their currencies and the U.S. dollar in order to prevent an unwanted appreciation of their exchange rate.
“As a consequence many emerging countries are currently led to partially “import” the U.S. monetary policy although their situation and position in the economic cycle are fundamentally different.”
“This situation could be very unstable and dangerous.”
