and I see you quote Henry Kissinger (Trilateral Commision, CFC, Bilderberger, Winner Dr. Strangelove Contest).   Not somebody I’d normally trust, but in this instance I have to agree with him.  Perception is all important…for awhile anyway, until the machine breaks down.
