General Cosgrove was interviewed on the radio recently. (Aussie General)
You’ll love his reply to the lady who interviewed him concerning guns and children.. Regardless of how you feel about gun laws you gotta love this! This is one of the best comeback lines of all time. It is a portion of an ABC interview between a female broadcaster and General Cosgrove who was about to sponsor a Boy Scout Troop visiting his military headquarters.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
So, General Cosgrove, what things are you going to teach these young boys when they visit your base?
GENERAL COSGROVE:
We’re going to teach t hem climbing, canoeing, archery and shooting.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
Shooting! That’s a bit irresponsible, isn’t it?
GENERAL COSGROVE:
I don’t see why, they’ll be properly supervised on the rifle range.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
Don’t you admit that this is a terribly dangerous activity to be teaching children?
GENERAL COSGROVE:
I don’t see how. We will b e teaching them proper rifle discipline before they even touch a firearm.

But you’re equipping them to become violent killers.

MELBOURNE (Dow Jones)–A group of Australia’s biggest coal miners has reportedly made a proposal to the New South Wales state government for a privately funded A$2.5 billion expansion of the key export port of Newcastle.
The Australian Financial Review reported Monday the expansion, being proposed by a group of 14 miners including BHP Billiton Ltd. (BHP.AU), Rio Tinto Ltd. (RTP) and Xstrata PLC (XTA.LN), would double capacity at Newcastle to 210 million metric tons a year by 2013.
The newspaper said the state government has raised concerns over the proposal on competition grounds and believes the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission may need to review the plan.

You know who the competition is? Themselves, the b…..y government. Can’t run the existing port nor will they pay for infrastructure “because coal is bad” BS with dozens if not 100’s of overseas ships moored offshore waiting to load top quality hard coking coal.

The point of my chart..
The point of the chart was to draw a line between now and the end of the year fulfilling Jims Price objective of 1,200. Instead of using a straight line, I cut and paste the previous bull run from 700 to 1,030.. to give you a rough Idea how Gold would trade to satisfy the price objective.
The idea of the chart was to put into persepective what the recent downturn in GOLD means to this bull market… Answer absolutely nothing
