I noted that one benefit of Mimosa extract was to relax the mind.  That appeals to me under present market conditions.  As for the extract’s ability to delay onset of baldness, I am 40 years too late for that benefit.  The main benefits we get from our silk tree is the dappled shade that it provides to the garden beds below, and  our appreciation of the beauty of its flowers and its twice-divided, fine-textured fern-like foliage.   The “Mimosa” we have in our garden is Albizia julibrissin and it is locally called silk tree.   Like Acacia, it is a member of the legume family. In about a month its beautiful foliage will take on a golden hue.    Best wishes.  Equiz.
