Rambus 22:18

Have said before, but want you to know how much your posts and charting have meant to me. There was a time I thought it all voodoo and might as well consult JoBu (of movie “MajorLeague ‘fame) for direction. Fundamentals were all i traded on-oh yeah greed, fear prayer, thrown in from time to time.Back in March you posted a chart (which I saved) that kept me up nights studying that cart. I became convived me to get off my butt and read some about this witchy TA thing. As I began to see a glimmer of light, I started selling miners I was up in, along with a few stuggling ones :TGLDX,VGPMX Orezone, wgw, firestone ventures, nxg,ng,some others.

12 step plan..started reading books by Bill O”Neil (suggested by TQ) and others I have on the bookshelf -All Harry Brownes’ books, the Truth About Money, Wealth in a Decade,Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, A few autobiographies from Eisenhower, to Clnton, Jefferson, Johnson’s Vantage Point, Theodore Rex, JFK ,Truman, Churchill biography these leaders shapped the economic word we live in today  Of course reading the Creature from Jeckell Island included as well.
I hope you stay around. I find your work very useful. Saved me from devasttion awhile back brecause of your generosity in sharing and your  knowledge.

Would hope we can meet one day and host a fewbeers and talk. I admire you work and was very disappointed when you left for a time.
Thanks again for saving most of my pf, to trade another day.

I have just read Jim Willie’s latest.  I can see why he prefers to live in South America.

Sinbad– I urge you to hold back on buying paper… but if you are like me

you must wonder… What is the difference between losing wealth holding cash in the bank or under mattress versus losing wealth in the stock market…. well maybe someday the stock certificate indicating ownership of a small portion of a mining company will still represent… a small portion of a mining company, or maybe not.  I would assume, that even after a collapse of the monetary system, and after formation of a new world financial system, that mining stocks would still retain some value.  My logical mind tells me this but my emotional human brain tells me to be prepared to accept lose of all paper assets.  If they retain any value at the end of this then that is just a bonus.

Since I do not have much wealth it is an easy decision for me.

Samb….

No one should have to endure what you just described !

Makes these mere market losses seem trivial

You deserve all good things going forward…

Best…..FGC

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch fine salt

Brownie:

  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 4 large cold eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Topping:

  • 4 cups large marshmallows

Directions

Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and heat oven to 325 degrees F. Line an 8 by-8-inch square baking pan with foil so it hangs over the edges by about 1 inch.

For the crust: Lightly butter the foil with some of the melted butter. Stir the rest of the butter together with the crumbs, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Press the crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of the pan. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the brownie. Put the butter and chocolate in a medium microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave on 75 percent power for 2 minutes. Stir, and microwave again until completely melted, about 2 minutes more. Alternatively, put the butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Bring a saucepan filled with 1 inch or so of water to a very slow simmer; set the bowl on the pan without touching the water. Stir occasionally until melted. Stir the light brown and white sugars, vanilla and salt into the melted chocolate. Add the eggs and beat vigorously to make a thick and glossy batter. Add the flour and stir until just incorporated.

Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake until the top is crispy and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean, with a few crumbs, about 40 to 45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and carefully position a rack about 6 inches from the broiler and preheat on low. Layer marshmallows across the top and toast under the broiler until golden, (keep an eye on it, it can go quick), about 2 minutes. Cool on a rack, gently removing the brownies from the pan using the aluminum flaps. Carefully separate any marshmallow from the foil and fold away. Cut into 12 (2-inch) squares.

Rambus, I also appreciate your charts

I’m not a daily Poster, but the things are killing all juniors and miners in general.
They hedge, sell forward. and get creamed.

ABX is the ‘Deep Storage’ Gold so called by our honest Federal un - Reserved.

Oh. Hasn’t been mined yet, but see…….they sold it forward to us for $300/oz and since our own Ft Knox and West Point Gold has already been leased and sold by others..
…we now account for it as part of our own treasure.

Oh also……..the reason we cannot mint any more Coin…….well, that’s a different spin.
Too many bought it at lower prices, and we cannot sell any more.

See………….it’s recorded as DEEP STORAGE. Yet to be mined.

And we have no more metal.
Tough luck you coiners.

An Open Apolgy

Well, I lost 7 relatives in a 2 year period but, my dream said that  the corrrect  number would be 8, so shortly thereafter  a 37 year old cousin died in her sleep, bring the current number to 8.

Little by little I lost it. Now, my favorite loved one fell, in the middle of the nite, fracturing both jaw sides, requiring the extraction of 6 teeth plus  future hospital surgery.

So I guess that I have had with dentists and doctors. They tell  her to have baby food and yogurt….How do you do that from a straw?   So, I lost it and I do apologize.

My stocks are also  deeply underwater…I think that Taseko Copper now has a PE of about 2.5.  In a heavy recession/depression we looked to pick up cash positive stocks at a PE of 7.   Many Junior resource stocks are now down by 80%.  I surrender, I throw my hands up. I have not traded a PM stock for over 2 months now…a record for me. I locked up the charts for now and will neither buy nor sell anything.

God Bless and good luck to all.!

Gee Fully

That CDNX chart looks a little oversold.

Rambus 22:18

I wonder if  “da boyz” are trying to take care of their gold problem by preventing any more of the stuff from coming into the world?  Kind of like Hitler’s “solution.”

Anyone looking at shorting the 30 year  yet.
