Your poker partner has got it quite right - except I can’t really accept his potential conclusions - again except accepting the return to the mean of every fiat money system - its inherent value.

That said, I’d guess the financial and economic woes we find ourselves in on a global basis have primarily  originated in Wall Street and its shenanigans trying to outsmart and “outgreed” their major new mark to model instead of to market hedge fund and private equity clients, which in the final analysis were not only leveraged to the hilt themselves, but induced their creditors to even outdo the culprits.

Had a meeting a while ago with one of these guys - he was supposed to have the Midas touch and was now looking for new money in the billions … and as I’ve told him that’s last year’s game - thanks but no thanks - he really answered … But not in Bulgaria. 

Gotta love these guys - as I’ve retired to the real Midas and some of his shares … It may be timely to have another look at well financed mining juniors with merit  and a development plan.
