Just read a wonderful little book, “ILLUSIONS: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah”.  It’s by Richard Bach, the author of “Jonathan Livingston Seagull”.   Both are books I’d recommend to anyone.  Here are some lines from “ILLUSIONS”:

There is no such thing as a problem without a gift for you in its hands.  You seek problems because you need their gifts.

You’re always free to change your mind and choose a different future, or a different past.

Learning is finding out what you already know.  Doing is demonstrating that you know it.  Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you.

You teach best what you most need to learn.

The mark of your ignorance is the depth of your belief in injustice and tragedy.  What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.

I have never seen such a push by the media, governments, Analysts, etc to convince us to sell off all our assets (stocks, investments, extra homes, etc) and move to cash for “safety”. Forget about profits. Just be “safe” and move everything you can to cash.

Why???????? And who is buying all these assets??????????? I’ll tell you who is buying them. It’s big money who wants to divest themselves of as much cash as they can, as quickly as they can.

The reason they are doing this is they know the US Buck is going to be devalued (and probably the Canadian Loonie too), and when that event happens, those holding cash will take an immediate haircut in the purchasing power of their cash, while at the same time those holding assets like stocks, real estate, gold and silver coins, etc will realize an immediate increase in the value of those assets.

Whoever said “Cash is Trash” certainly coined the right phrase for our immediate future. If you have moved, or are planning to move, good assets to cash, maybe it is worth giving this more thought. In my opinion, aside from some emergency money, cash is the last thing I’d want to own.

If there is one thing I can offer - it is that the Lord has tested me by fire and I am still here talking with you, still here with faith and hope, and still here trying to identify the workings of the enemy. Perhaps just the ramblings of…

I know homeopathy works but I still cannot get my head around it. A great example has been my cows (2) that failed to get rid of their afterbirth, one after 3 week! even after my help, the smell, I was wearing long  plastic gloves.

In less than 24 hours of a homeopathic remedy all cleared BUT going around the paddocks finding ‘it’, totally disgusting

That’s what I’m hoping to see.  What I worry about is companies being bought out or merged based on these very low prices.  Its already happened to me several times…been screwed more than once.

at the current price of some of the juniors, the big fish will start nibbling. many of the juniors have extremely high volume. someone is buying huge numbers of shares on the cheap. when the volume dries up, look for a sharp rally on high volume afterwards.
