the crude drop was caused by a shortage of storage at cushing. no one could take delivery because there was no place to store the oil. the pipelines are getting backed up clear to the well sites. it will take a while to work through the glut. lots of production will be shut in and imports will drop which will eventually bring supply back into balance. also, delivery is being made on those $140./bbl futures contracts.

 I have not had much time to keep up with the tent but I did read your last email. Please don’t loose faith. There are several people here who follow your work and I for one did obtain the 30 day trial from McHugh. It’s almost up and I plan to sign up. I also have been reading the Leap2020 articles and I also find them incredibly accurate.

 I think most people on this thread are looking for a way to profit from the coming debacle Vs coming to grips with the thought that basic survival will be the biggest challenge. This situation in 2009 has the potential to unravel the world as we know it today yet most are wasting time looking at the tickers Vs planning. Cyclist believes 2014 will be the middle of the coming depression. If he is correct then we’ll need a plan for many years.

Please lead the discussion points. If we get chastised then we can easily move the thread to GIM or Kitco.

thankyou  for your observations and comments to the tent. everything is to be taken with a grain of salt. even my comments are often ignored.  so what is new.  as to the other web sites :  we all visit , peruse, and study many sites and many words;  are these sites and persons of interest to be liken to the gurus of all gurus ?  are they to be taken as gospel truth and followed to the T ? then why have soooo many of the tenters lost 50% plus or minus  of their PF  ????aurum, deadeye and ment are very very smart , educated people, also TQ,  but i will not invest my money because “they ” say this or that………  now if maya says he is 99% physical—- then i might follow him.     but on this eve of CHRISTmas, i follow JESUS.

I cannot speak for another poster; I can write for myself.

I have posted several times links to Robert McHugh and also to Martin Armstrong, and the Leap2020 site. What I have not seen is a discussion among posters here in response that indicated that these links have been used as a source of study. I had hoped to see some discussion, even questions. But I am not aware of any poster here engaging in a discussion of these writers’ articles.

The current Leap2020 article is a good case in point. A snip was posted earlier, and it was linked. Yet no comments have appeared. The article summarizes that the Leap202 team correctly forecast for years all the major events, and now they offer a forecast of the next few years. And what do we see?

I tried to generate discussion, and some weeks ago some uncouth poster accused me falsely of calling other posters stupid. No admin admonishment to that one. In fact, I was hounded and badgered. So, there appears to be little point in trying to discuss here.
